Fall Fun!!!!

It is once again the time of year for sweaters and socks! Fall has always been my personal favorite season (perhaps related to an upcoming birthday?). About a week ago my girl friends and I gathered back up to Jenn M.'s family cottage in Egg Harbor. We all so look forward to this annual Door County get away. This year we had "peak color" and fantastic weather. We took the opportunity to take a hike, along with a wine/chocolate/cheese picnic, at Peninsula State Park. We couldn't pass on the trail pictured below... the name says it all.

Good photo work Dominique! This was taken from the top of the infamous tower climb.
Maira and I enjoying the corn maze.

Michael and I were happy to have my parents come to visit this past weekend. Here Mehandis and Michael prepare for their arrival!

All of us then went to a petting farm that had tons of animals, hay rides, cider and other fall fun!
Mehandis REALLY liked the animals. Here he is by a miniature horse.
We gave him corn to feed the goats, which made him giggle when the goats licked it off his hands. Eventually he started offering the corn to different goats but then "psyching them out" by pulling his hand back. At least he never ate the dried corn himself!!!
This was the best of the pumpkins we could find... since we opted out of the hayride to the "official" patch.
Happy Fall to Everyone!!!!
